Engine cover...

What is the proper way to remove the inside engine cover on my van?

I'm mainly curious about the lower latches...

i believe you have to lift the latch then turn it.

The wing of the latch will pull out perpendicular to the cover. You can then rotate the wing and that will release the tension on the floor hooks.

He has an 03, on my 04 the latches just lift sttraight up. DId they change the latch design between 03 and 04?
