76 grill on a 75

76 grill on a 75
will a 76 f150 grill fit on a 75 f150 i know they look different but i believe they will interchange, my grill was fine till i pulled the motor and the tranny put a hole through it,i have a 76 that i can take the grill out of, but i need to know if it will work first, i was also thinking of trying to find a 75 grill in the junkyard to replace it to original, what do you guys think?

If the truck were mine I would stick with the 75 grill, sure you could swap over to the 76 but that would be less origional than the 75. I bought a new grill for my 75 from jc whitney and am verry satisfied I paid 60.00 for both inserts and 120.00 for the aluminum trim and it looks great .

Go with the 76 who cares about being orginal. The 76 is a meaner looking grill. I compared the looks of my 75 with my friends 76 amd the 76 is meaner looking deffinitly. It could also be that it has no bed, is all rusted out, and is sitting stock height on 38s.
