Rough Idle
I just had all 8 glow plugs and the relay installed at the ford dealer. Truck ran fine before now it idles alot rougher. Even the mechanic said he thought the idle was rougher than normal. All he did was change parts. He did wash the engine though. I know glow plugs do not affect idle so here is a question for anyone. What might cause the psd to idle rough? I talked to the mechanic and he will hook up his diagnostic tool to the truck tommorow and we will check for any codes but I thought I would give the experts a chance to answer this one. Will washing the engine cause some conecting plugs to get wet or something like that. I will post the ford diagnosis tommorow or right after christmas. Thanks in advance.

Rough idle
Heatstroked, it runs rougher at idle , seems to be better while driving but feels like power is lacking ever so slightly. I am puzzeled somewhat at the idle change but I do know things happen when they happen, sometimes its just a coincedence.
