Window rattling problem
Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this before with their trucks. In my truck,(01 F-350 PSD) every time i go over a bump, I can hear the passenger window rattle, like its loose or something. And, it rattles when the window is all the way up. I also noticed, that when I go to roll up the passenger window, it hits a bit harder then my drivers side window. Any ideas? any of you experienced a similar problem? Should I have my dealer look at this? I've also noticed, that (a problem similar to the one on the Excursion board) that when I turn my wheel, I get a "squeek", or "un-explained noise" that I can hear/feel in the shaft, espically when its wet outside, and ideas on this?
Sorry to rant on, can anyone help ?

Take it back to the dealer for your window. OR pull the panel yourself and take a looksee.
As for the squeak, kill it with WD-40 or something similiar (I used penetrating grease). Have someone turn the wheel while you locate the squeak under the dash.

Window rattling problem
If you decide to remove the door panel there are three bolts holding the
glass channel in place. the rear bolt is to be position all way forward when tightening to 13nm(10ft/lbs)
