6.0 rolling idle problems

I have a 03' 6.0 PSD, and I have been experiencing a surge/rolling idle. This only happens sometimes after long runs on the HWY. I will pull up to a stop sighn and the truck will start to have the rolling idle problem. I have had the latest and greatest PCM flash from Ford. This PCM flash fixed all the issues but the problem I just discussed.

TRY THE NEW FLASH I HAD THE SAME ISSUE AND THE DEC FLASH HAS MADE THAT GO AWAY.
