I have an 88 f250 standard cab 2 wheel drive. It has a 351 windsor and a 5 speed. What kinda time do you think I can run in an eigth mile? Judging from what I've raced before, id guess a 10.0? That might sound fast but, it supposidly weighs only 4800 lbs. As other trucks like 4x4 f150's with only a 4.9 weigh 5400.
Hmm well, anyone with that setup run an 8th or quarter mile? What time did you get? Id race mine if I hadnt messed it up. Im doing a FULL engine swap to it. New everything, all painted and brand new. Its nessesary considering Its the first thing I ever driven, and has 400k miles.
Im dropping a 460 in it, with small mods like a full exaust system, and a roller cam (just a little over stock) and a 5 spd. What kind of times you think I could be turning with that setup?
