extended ideling
ok, in talking to my brother-in-law who drives trucks for a living he told me that extended ideling of a diesel was an issue with the older diesels, but not with the newer diesels with computers. The reason being that the computer knows exactly what the engine is doing and if the egt's get too low, then the computer will regulate the fuel accordingly. Makes since to me, but ive heard alot of talk about wet stacking and extended ideling as being bad...
