I'm getting ready to put a lift kit on my truck...when I do this I'm going to replace all my suspension bushings (axle pivot, radius arm, etc...). I was reading on Energy Suspension's website about my rear leaf spring and shackle bushings; they say that there are 2 types of bushings which are the "Molded-In" which has no outer metal shell and the "Common" which has an outer metal shell. I was looking under my truck tonight to try to see what style mine were on my truck and I don't think I can tell without pulling the leaf spring out.
I was wondering if anyone can tell me which style of bushing our trucks have so I can save myself some time. Any help would be appreciated.
I can't wait to put the 6" Superlift on with some 35's! Gonna have 4.56's installed with an Eaton Posi as well!!
