Coolant Leak

Anybody know anything about this:

The day i picked my truck up I noticed the coolant reservoir had spots all over it like it had been spilled when poured in. I didn't think anything of it. 3 weeks later I find out the coolant is about 1 gal empty. The tolerance is about 1 pint in the reservoir. Ford takes it back pressurizes the system and finds nothing. They top it off and I drive it for another week and same thing. The first go around they put flouresant dye in it so they could find the leak if it persisted. Well when they looked at it the second time the flouresant stuff was all over the engine bay. The again pressurized it but can't find the problem. I guess they're going to replace the top end of the coolant system. They've already ruled out the hose clamp issue and the water pump.

Any help would be great. I'm certainly at wits end. for $35k I would think these mystery problems would be taken care of.
