Sounds like you just have one of the 2 horns working. Might be good to go ahead and replace both of them if they are both plugged up.
You sure that you didn't run over one of those imported Slow and Curious cars and it's stuck inbetween the radiator and a/c condenser??

Some guy in the drive thru I was in drove off without part of his order and I honked at him trying to get him to come back.
Maybe its just a Mini or a small Subaru blocking the horn.
Come to think of it, I did feel a speed bump in the middle of the highway. I thought it was strange, but here in Colorado, they'll try anything to get you to slow down.
Crud, I guess I'll have to get a pipe cleaner and see if I can't get the plastic, rubber, and glass out of the horn. They don't have any metal in those itty-bitties, right?
