Was there an available 429 in the 70 F250? A buddy of mine has one - says the PO said it was a 429. I have not seen it yet - just going on his word. I was under the impression that only the FE motors were available in the F series until 73. Any thoughts? Thanks! Also, anyone ever hear of a waterboy model? He said the Po said it was a waterboy- maybe he was a comedian or something.

Not sure about the 429 part, but I'm pretty sure your friend is a part time comedian.
He may have read "high-boy", thought "high-water-boy", and spoke "water-boy".
That's all I can come up with. But then again, I could be wrong.
