Body panel removal
What is the best way to remove body panels so that I can weld in new ones. I have access to plasma cutters,grinders,cutting torches. What is the best way to tackle this?

well you didnt really specify what body panel. So Ill just give you a genral run down:
If its a patch panel, a grinder w/ cutoff wheel would be best.
For whole panel removal, ie a bedside or qtr skin, Find and drill out the spot welds. not all the way thru, just thru the first layer, that is being removed. It takes some practice.
For Door Skins, there are Spot welds up near the window glass, and usually the rest of the door is folded over and spot welded or on late model stuff is glued with two part epoxy.
