Squeaky Clutch Action
I have a 2003 Ranger XL regular cab with a manual transmission. When I engage the clutch, I get an annoying squeaking sound.
Any suggestions? I only have 7,400 miles on the truck so the warranty is not an issue. I am not sure if the spring on the clutch housing needs WD40 or if there may be other issues.

I have the same thing on my 96 2300. Annoying squeek when I press on the clutch. I tried to find where it's comming from but it seems to come from the clutch pedal cylinder so not much oiling is going to go there.
Anyone with a better idea ?

if you look in the haynes manual it gives a few lubrication points to stop the squeeking. check the maintenence section. dont use wd-40, use a greese gun or some of the white crap you can just scoop up w/your finger.
