need info on auto hub conversion
I want to go to the manual lock hubs on my 96 F250 4X4. I dont know if it has the 3000 or the 3500 lb axel up front. I think it is the TTB dana 50, Also not sure if the truck has the NP 203 Xfer case or not. How do I tell what axel and transfer case I have? I called Summit but they didn't know what kit to order either.

Doesn't matter- Order the part spec'ed for the heavy axle and it will fit your hub. You truck shares the locking hub part with the Dana 60 and your transfer case is not an issue here- only old full-time cases had issues with manual hubs- You will not. Go to Warn- Buy a set of manual lock hubs and live happily ever after. If you have problems try Libson Truck parts in Minneapolis and they will set you right.
