P0171 P0174

I have a 1997 Explorer with 4.0 OHV and I am getting codes P0171 and P0174. I have tried to clean the MAF with carb cleaner already. Not sure if this is the right thing to clean it with though. After that the light came back on. Don't know where to look now. Just wondering if someone else out there has this problem too or can help out.

How is the idle?

This cas be associated with a vacuum leak such as the lower intake manifold gasket.
