Earl, in my 02 there is a relay for the blinker above the 4x4 shifter up under the dash. I would not have been able to locate it if it had not been buzzing. If you take out the "door" that covers the space under the steering wheel you will be able to see the wires going in to the back side of the relay holder. The relay itself is inside a little box looking thing that is just a cover about 2"x3". Sorry I can't explain it better but it is hidden too good. duece
