Like I said in an earlier thread. Just wondering if this is a good deal . 2004 F250 crew cab xlt, 5.4 . The trucks sticker says 38,145. The out the door offer including tax and everything is 34,100. This OTD price also includes me puttin in 1300 for my upside down trade. I used the 1500$ rebate and the 500 x plan holiday coupon. Also he said 3.9%financing. In case there is confusion, they had the trucked sale tagged wrong on the windshield saying 32,600. 32600+6.75%tax+1300 trade-2000 in rebates = 34,100. My only concern is the 5.4. Not really towing anything ,but feels a little weak for such a big truck. But this deal might be too good. Any suggestions or comments are appreciated. One more thing, grey or white!
$32,600 is about $700 below invoice- is this what they are actually SELLING the truck for? You confuse the issue here by telling us your "out-the-door" price, because taxes and plate fees vary so much from state to state. What are they actually selling it for- all the other numbers are meaningless to me when it comes to figuring out what's a "good deal." I know out the door is important to you, but it doesn't allow me to "analyze" your deal. If the $32,600 price is legit, go buy it right now- I don't know ANYONE that will sell a '04 for $700 below invoice.
Yes, the price of the truck is 32,600. It was marked wrong. Plain and simple. He said they would honor that price cuz it was their mistake. Thanks for the help!

Jonboy2, your math is wrong . I have done it a hundred times now to make sure. 32,600 x 6.75% + 1300 - 2000 = 34,100. Its a f250 crew cab not a F150. sticker is 38,145. Alright, I think its been beat to death now. thanks:
Does your state take the trade in and subtract it from the price of
the new truck to calculate the sales tax. In your case it would reduce the bottom line around $900.00.
