Unhappy stumped??

ok i have driving lights wired up to my back up lights. and in the first big snow storm in the East i got a bunch of snow/ice stuck up in the open space under the tail lights. And i knocked all the snow/ice out and pulled off my wires so i wire them up. they work fine. now i have a really weird problem: my Back Up lights dont work anymore. They did 2 days ago when i hooked them back up now nothing. Its like theres no power going to the lights at all my break lights work. Back up lights are not blown and either is the fuse.

Any help would be great, i just dont want to pay 50 bucks or so an hour for the ford dealer to fix it.

I hate to say it, but the thing to do is to get a voltmeter and find out where there is "power" and where there isn't. Get a wiring diagram so you know where there should be "power". I know it's tedious (Maybe worth $50 an hour to have someone else do it?), but that's the best I've got. Try wiggling connectors and see if soemthings loose. Maybe a connector got water in it and is grounding the circuit.
