Please Compare
I'm currently driving an '01 F 250 CC SB 4x4 with the 5.4 with the Superchips set on 93 octane towing setting and a single in dual out 70 series flowmaster. I pulled my 21 ft center console fish boat home from the dealer (2 hours away) last saturday. This truck is an awesome towing machine with overdrive disabled. But I sure am second guessing not looking for a diesel. The V 10 doesn't interest me for various reasons, and I had a '97 PSD that was a nightmare (blew the injector o rings at 86k). I really love the crew cab in the Ford vs the Dodge Quadcab, but I'm a little nervous about another PSD. Could someone tell me why the PSD is a "better" motor than the Cummins! I'm looking at mileage, maintenance, reliability, cost, etc. Thanks guys-as always this place is an invaluable resource!
