well i might have totaled my x today estamted damage to it is about $1100 under my figures

this is what happed i left a buddy of mine it whent thought a parking lot doing only about 10-15 mph in it and the witch(you know what word i mean) cuts me off when i have the right away going straht to go to the exit well there was a row of trucks vans and suvs so i could not see her and had about 3 feet of distance between her and me when i saw her cut in front of me she was doing about 30mphand bang i hit her bc i was on sand/salt mix locked the brakes up but it was to late it bent the heck out of my front drivers bumper and fender and busted the head light assembly. she was driving a little nasain and i crushed her rear drivers side door in (that is why i drive a suv) luckuly no onewas hurt but i fell like her but i kept my calm and called the cops so now i have to fill out all the paper work im soory if this bores you but i have the get some anger out. so i think it will be totaled bc the book is a grand on it . the 4x4 is totaly screwed up and the allingment is messed up so what does everyone think about this when i have a chance i will put pics up for everyone to see

 

rebuild it if you never screwed up the frame

it's allways the persons on the right's fault unless they blow a stop or yield sign etc. if you can maybe prove speeding a factor and she was not paying attention not yielding in an uncontroled intersection etc maybe you can fight and get 50/50 or better what the cop say if you were in the main road of the parking lot she should have stopped. if you can prove that you can win i guess

yea also she was 65 years old and was driving a 2001 hondai somthing and tommarow is her birthday(lol stuff happens maybe i should send her a card)

yea it is 4x4 but if it is not totaled i will be keeping the tranny and engine and rebuiding them or my new one

 

Sorry but the law states that the person on the right has the "right of way." Sounds like this was in a private parking lot which means that the police have no jurisdiction there. This is something ya'lls insurance companies will have to work out.

well i just bought a new truck today

it is a 91 mazda navajo 2 door basicly the same as my explorer it has 98k miles on it better than 234 k

when i have a chance i will put pics of it up


and does anyone know were you can get the 2 door rocker panels because that is the only thing wrong with the new tuck i am getting
