has anyone had any problems with their compressor for ac going bad within warrant.i did they replaced it and now when you start up the truck after recently shutting it off,(like moving it)it sounds like theirs a cat stuck in the radiators fan.the dealer says that it is not in their bulletiens and therefore they have no repair for it.the ac works fine,But when you start it back up eveyone looks at you in the parking lot.i just yell out thats my ac and ford says thats okay.no i dont have stupid on my forehead but the dealer wont budge.

Yes, mine went out at 55K. I looked at it and could tell that the gap was wider than it should have been, but it was under warranty and I took it back.
Regardless of the reason (acceptable? Nah!) for the noise - something is wrong - and those hardheads at your dealership should fix it free of charge.
