how to attach fuel filter
i was under my truck earlier today and noticed the fuel filter is just hanging there by the fuel lines 
how is it supposed to be attached to the truck??

It was originally attatched with a snap-in clip setup. Something like a wall clip holder for a broom handle. More than likely one or both of your clips broke.
You can probably secure it with a large hose clamp or two.
