Adding a DVD to my 2000 EB
I'm adding a DVD to my 2000 EB 5.4L 4x4 Moonroof. Does anyone know the best location to obtain ignition power, ground, illumination (+ & -)? I'm also planning on using an FM modulator. Does anyone know of a good one? Thanks for the help.

Instead of FM Modulator go with the Pheripheral - PXVDTS connector. You hook it to the rear audio controls. This connector provides you with 3 extra RCA connectors and you use your factory head unit to control it.

If you want the DVD to power on and off with the radio, you can tie into the remote on signal on the back of the radio. The radio is super easy to remove. The remote on signal is a black wire with a pink stripe (probe it to verify) going in to the back of the radio. I grounded mine to the cigarette lighter ground in the back of the center console since its close to the screen and DVD player.
