EFI to Carb
I currently am working on my project 87 F-150. I have went from an EFI 300 straight 6 engine and swapped that out with a 351 W. I have asked around on how to change the fuel setup, but no one can help me out with it. Do I have to drop the tanks and pull the pump out of the tank and plug the return line off? or can I find a sending unit with just a single tube for the fuel that would work? Anyone done this before and could be of help on how one would go about getting this done, it would be most appreciated. you can email me at profer20@aol.com

yes you have to drop the tank and put the regular sending unit in. the you have to change your ignition to duraspark which requires a little bit of work. then put a fuel pump on the motor. if you are using a serpentine belt system you have to get a electric fuel pump for a carbed motor because the brackets are in the way. so you may have to buy a fuel pump block off plate. if your tranny is an aod lokar makes a cable that you need to use it
