Building a 460.
I got a crate 460 for a 95 f250. I wana build it up some but dont wana get illegal with it. Would anyone mind helping me out from their experience what some good peices for this would be?
1: Looking for headers, smog legal ones.
2: Looking for intake manifolds, EFI, that are also smog legal.
3: Whats out there for legal high performance heads? I dont think Ill be getting heads but I jusy may....
I wana get a legal 460 in my truck but at least get more than 350 horsepower. Does that sound like a difficult project?

It's a nice truck that you have there according to your pictures, my experience with those kind of modifications are very limited, but I had friends that did it and they went through more headaches that it was worth it and at the end when they got tired of it they had a hard time to find a buyer that understands all of those modifications.I don't mean to discourage you but if possible in the future you might want to consider a diesel truck, up to this date there is no smog required yet and the modifications you could do are pretty awesome!
