I own a '93 Crewcab long bed with 460 EFI 7.5L. My oil psi gauge is no good. Not working accurately. How do I test it and replace it? This is the first Ford I have ever owned. It is sweet and is by far the most powerful motor I have ever driven. I need lots of parts for upgrades and I would like to know where I can find them OEM or aftermarket. For my year. It seems I am having trouble locating a place that makes applications for the 93' body style or 460EFI motor w/ A/C. Thanks.
There is not much out there for our 460's. There is a K&N air filter, and a Banks Power Pack and Transcommand that will fit it, and several choices of throttle bodies, and headers, but that is about it.
What is the banks power pack and transcommand? Is that a chip and tuner ECM module or similar? What headers do you recommend? A ceramic coated style of course. Thanks. But there has got to be more out there. C'mon guys!

Fortado: Myself, I know very little about your engine, but if you look in the 460 engine forum there are a lot of members who will more than gladly answer you questions.
Try the sender unit for the oil pressure guage first. 9 times out of 10 the sender fails before the guage. The sender is usually located near the oil filter.
Ford Performance sells hi-po parts for the 460. You could also go with a different gear in the diff.
A Banks kit has heads, headers, transmission cooler, transmission chip, full exhaust system, bigger radiator, hoses, full intake, and some other things I can't think of right off the top of my head. It's about $2800 all together.

The Banks Powerpack for gas engines "just" includes headers, exhaust and air filter w/housing. No heads, radiator, coolers or hoses. You are describing the PSD powerpack. The cost for the gas engine system is about $1500.
