Yes they will fit. I just put a 94 bed on my 84, and used the 84 lights because the connectors were a little different. I just didn't feel like messing with the wiring on that particular day.
They'll bolt right up.

thanks for the info guys. one more question, i noticed that the 92-96 are a little bit more round that the 86 taillights will the body lines match up with the lines on the taillight or will they stick out funny?

my 86 has one tail light from 86 and one from 87+
the light from the 87+, hits the metal that is on the back of the housing.
it still functions but its a pita to get flush whenever I take it out.
so, It will fit. but its not perfect.
