Damn Drunks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just put tougher a 1992 F150 with rebuilt motor, rebuilt trans, and lots of little pieces. This was the best and newest truck I ever owned. Then, on December 12, 2003 a damn drunk pulled out in front of me with a 80s Dodge Ram van and wiped out the entire passanger side of my truck. I just avoided T-boning him at 40 miles per hour. Then that looser tries to drive through me to get away. I backed off and he made a run for it. I called 911 and turned to chase him but my truck stalled. Thank God it started back up. I chased him down about 3 miles to his house and blocked him in his driveway. I got out my billy club and waited to see what he would do. Unfortunately, just seconds later the cops arrived. Must have been a doughnut shop close or something. Anyways, it turns out that this is his 6th DUI and of course he has no insurance and I only have liability coverage.

Geesh, man sorry to hear about that. You know instead of them lowering the alcohol level to whatever it is now, they should have made the penalties stiffer for repeat offenders. I mean thats total BS what happened to you, and should never happen to anbody.

Gets Worse!
I found out that the guy was let out of jail in less than 24 hours. Everything is in his wife's name because this has happened before. I'd like to go to his house and XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX!
Plus, it was a Florida truck so no rust.

Sorry to hear about your truck. That really sucks.
I would definitely work on getting something back for your pain.....hmm, back pain. Time to sue. Garnish his wages!
I'm not one for frivilous suits, but I think this one HAS merit. He should NEVER be able to drive again.

I am considering suing. I would like everybody to keep in mind that some 92 F150 parts may be going on the market very soon unless I can find a parts truck to replace body panels cheep.

Welcome back beerinside, been awhile. Sounds like maybe they should throw his wife in jail for awhile, maybe she'd think a little before letting stupid drive. Sorry to hear about that. Hope everything turns out well.
