Dash Troubles???

The padded vinyl on the dash has started separating from the plastic around the instrument cluster and the padded vinyl on the console lid has started to separate also. Like my truck, the car sits out all the time. The car has 90K on it, so it is not a warranty issue. I will have to fix it somehow.
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone?s '99 superduty was starting to show signs of problems with the vinyl on the dash. I am worried that in 4 years my truck will have a similar problem. It isn't a split in the vinyl itself, so I don't think a sunshade would have helped. The foam backing is separating from the hard plastic.

Dash Troubles???
My truck sits in the hot Texas sun everyday, and no sign of any damage yet. Its my work truck so it doesnt get cleaned very often, but usually I clean it with simple green...
