Install on Manik Brush Guard

I just got a Manik brush guard and i was wondering if any one nows how to install it on a ford expedition sport xlt. Do i have to take the braket and hook it up to the eye hook or the frame of the truck...???

I installed one on my F-150. It was a direct bolt on unit. It has to bold on to your frame for sturdiness.
