You will need to test all cylinders, then that will tell what is needed. Seems to me, compression should be up to snuff at 120-150 psi, but then again, I'm no internal medicine specialist

Those numbers are accurate. Uniformity is really the key there. I recommend a leak-down test and a wet/dry test. Pull out the PCV and run it, if it's got a lot of blow by, that's usually an indication of ring/bore wear.
