i put a new clutch in a 94 F-150 with the 4.9 inline-6. the new 11-inch clutch went in fine. the only problem is that i cannot get the fluid from the master cylinder to the brand new slave cylinder i just put in along with the clutch. i checked to make sure the slave cylinder was the same as the old one and it was exactly. i have no idea what to check. need to know some info. thanx in advance.

How does the fluid look in the master cylinder? If its black looking at all it will need to be changed. Thats the only thing I can think of other than some air in the line or a bad slave cylinder.
I think the plastic hose has a check valve in it between the Master and the slave. I proved this when I accidentally stepped on the clutch pedal after the line was removed from the trans slave cyl. I would remove the line again and re-insert.
It should gravity bleed, as I have used a vacuum pump, leg power and gravity bleeding and they all work.
Thank God it is not as dificult as the Ranger set up.
I made the special tool to remove the line. Did you buy the special tool or fabricate your own.
