Smile 390 Cam help!!!!

First i'd like to say hi to all. I am a somewhat new member and i am looking for cam advice. i will try to make this as short as i can. I have a 1967 390 that we are currently rebuilding and it is going in a 1977 3/4 ton hiboy 4x4. i am running 4.10 gears and a NP 4 spd tranny. I guess i want my cake and eat it too. I am looking for a cam that has good bottom end torque but i want a somewhat rough idle sound also. i know when building chevy which i have done for years,(sorry), short duration and big lift built bottom end power. but bigger duration is where alot of your sound comes from. i have always been a comp cams man and i notice the majority of the people in this forum lean towards crane. to each his own i guess its personal pref. but i had bad exper. with crane so i stay away from them if possible. anyhow i have looked at comps magnum 270H but its rpm range starts at 1800. kinda hi for what i am doing i thought but i also stumbled on to what sounds like a decent Lunati grind # 00054. Specs are 230/230 @ .050 and 554/554 lift. Lobe sep. is 109 RPM is 1500-5000 and has a mild rough idle. summit says it builds super lowend and midrange torque. $149.00 for cam and lifters at summit, WOOOWWWW!!!. Let me know what you guys think. It would be greatly appriceated. Also i have seen alot of discussion on 360 pistons in a 390 and let me tell you from personal experience that they do work and are cheaper than 390 pistons. We used a sterling STL-H395P60 which is a hyper. flattop with 4 valve reliefs for a 360 and only gave $9 a piece for them at summit and have 9.8:1 C/R. in a 390 of course about 8.2:1 in a 360. sweet ehhhhy? let me know. Thanks
