If I have the blower on ( air coming out of the dash vents) and I add accelerate on the gas to whatever speed I am already going, the air stops blowing. When I stop accelerating the air starts blowing out again. It's been like this for a couple of years. Everything works fine other than that. Any suggestions???
Does the blower motor actually stop spinning or does the air just stop coming out of the vents? If the motor is actually stopping then you have an electrical short. If the air is just getting blocked off then you have a vacuum leak somewhere. Does the problem still occur when you have the control set to say 'defrost' or 'floor' instead of vent?
