1963 F100 Electrical Issues

I have a bare bones 63 F100 223 3 speed with no extra options whatsoever. I have been starting it by jumping a wire to the coil and touching the starter wire to the battery. I drilled out the lock cylinder, making sure to not drill into the ignition switch, and now it spins the starter in the on position. I disconnected the starter wire but the solenoid still clicks. I cannot det voltage anywhere besides the generator light. All the Fuses were missing so I ordered some 14s and put a 15 in the rear light fuse spot. The fuse didn't blow and I still got no voltage. Some wires are disconnected or cut by some previous owner and I have no clue where they go. I am good at mechanical work but am still learning electrical. Can anyone please help me?

First, I would find the guy that sprayed blue paint all over the wires...and shoot him. Next, it must be that some of your drill chips in the ignition switch have found their way into the contact area of the switch to make it behave in such an odd manor. you must have either a test light, or a meter, test all the wires at the switch to see if each position is doing what its supposed to do. I would guess...you need a new switch

Here is a wiring diagram all you can do is identify the wires and make sure they are properly connected. 1963 Ford Truck Wiring Diagrams - FORDification.info - The '61-'66 Ford Pickup Resource
In your picture the pink wire with the green connector plug is your resistor wire to the coil. On the engine side of the cowl that wire goes to the coil and it is spliced into a wire that goes to the start relay on the "I" terminal. Make sure it is connected correctly. In the run position it supplies a reduced voltage to the coil in the start position a full 12V back feeds from the start relay to the coil.
