that’s exactly what he did. He was so damn cheap, but he grew up in the depression era.
I’ll see if I can take a few pictures when I get to the house to show what is going on.

I have people swear by those Tornados
I tell them (told them) "if they were any good, don't you think the factory would be using them"?
15 years later when pulling the air tubes off a buddies supercharged '97 or so Lightning with a 5.4, I see the factory built in tornado devices in 2 or 3 spots
One of the guys that swore by them had a 94 E150 van with a 302 and it improved his mileage a whole bunch he claimed
