I am currently trying to re do the radiator on my 1979 f700, its got a 370-V2. Every where I look there is no engine map or diagram. Where can I look to find a diagram to show the hose starts and ends.

But the Shop Manual does not have the vacuum diagram or wiring diagram; for that you need the EVTM or the separate Wiring Diagrams for 1979.

I could not find an EVTM for 1979/80 for medium trucks on eBay; perhaps Forel Publishing has them. [later] No, Forel doesn't have that one.
You can occasionally find someone selling the wiring diagram for a specific truck from a 1979 Trucks Wiring manual that they part out (to make more money from it). Example: https://www.ebay.com/itm/366002014756
Tune-up specs (and carb settings) are in yet another Specifications booklet. And the parts catalog is another two-volume set, available in either year-specific or range-of-years.
Except the parts catalog, all of these are year-specific and sometimes only cover ranges of trucks, not "all" trucks, ie there's "trucks" (through F350 and possibly Bronco, Aerostar, Ranger, Econoline) and "Medium/Heavy" trucks. Different manuals altogether.
