On the 2003-2005 Excursions, the rear seat bar came as part of the "4x4 trailer tow group" which included:
-Rear sway bar
-Skid plates
-Tow mirrors
The 2wd Excursions got the tow mirrors but rarely if ever the rear sway bar.
I never understood why the Towing "Jelly Bean" tow mirrors didn't get the LED turn signal indicator behind the glass mirror in addition to the side marker lights. I liked that feature in the "elephant ear" mirrors.
