For what it's worth, Luke, and the two guys on Junkyard Digs(Kevin and Angus) are all allegedly formally taught/schooled engineers with the latter two being schooled in the military.
That group of guys like to come off as "down home good ole farm boys" but they are very smart, well trained. I think Kevin said he worked on Helicopters.
I'd expect something cool from that Luke guy; I also watched his videos but I don't think I can afford the engine bay space, I think my air cleaner is too close to the hood. And I don't think it's necessary and worth the money.

I spent years trying to jump on the O2 sensor bandwagon--never committed--only to read many peoples accounts: It tells me "stuff"
Knowing what to do with that "stuff" can take as much experience as simply tearing apart carbs and tuning them yourself...in the first place.

I mean....c'mon....Sounds like walking up the down staircase. And those wideband kits aren't super cheap either, gotta weld in bungs, etc.

I know I was specifically referencing the 3 bolt flange style 2 barrels used on our trucks:

One thing that has been on my list of upgrades is a air fuel ratio gauge, I am happy with how the truck runs but I would like to see if there is any room for increased fuel mileage.

The entire carb cheater system is not much more than a air fuel ratio gauge, I am considering giving it a try

I have the Innovate AFR and it is really interesting to watch while driving under different conditions. The effect of the idle mix screws can be seen all the way up to about 2,000 RPM, especially on a 94. It is real useful for selecting a power valve, as you can see exactly when it kicks open.

On a trip to Truckstock from Albuquerque (el. 5500') across the plains and down to the Mississippi, I expected it to show a need to rejet as I dropped down. Surprisingly it showed higher AFR as I got to denser air, but my gas mileage didn't change significantly (100% highway driving).

Achieving high AFR's is good, but I have found drivability may dictate running towards the fat side in the low-to-mid range.
