One could over strategize this to death. The 27’s to have a few improvements but pretty incremental and they won’t have the discounts of the 26s plusI never get rid of any of my stuff if I drive it until it gets handed down to one rugrats or they cart us out in a pine box. Company trucks are not worth the hassle anymore, sign in, 4% speed envelope, hard stops and acceleration monitor 😳

11k is a great discount. If you need another $500-$1000 in the deal, then you really aren't all that serious about getting a new truck.

The margins are tighter than they were a decade ago but I think 20% is still doable. I'd offer 55K and wait. Once they bite that hook, I'd over them 20 cents on the dollar for the Ford ESP or get on the phone with Granger or another seller of ESP's right in the F&I office. It's not like you're on a time clock.
