Squeaky rear springs
There are nylon pads at each end of the spring leaf that wear over time. When they go long enough, you wear through the pads and metal on metal begins to squeak. Dorman 924-070 is a kit with 4 new pads. I lifted the truck from the hitch receiver to unload the springs as much as possible. Then using a couple of pry bars and a narrow screw driver to get started spread the leaves to remove the old pad and popped in a new one. DON’T EVER GET YOU FINGERS BETWEEN THE LEAVES. If your bar pops out you’ll smash your finger. I used a blunt punch to pop them from the hole and used needle nose pliers to slide the new ones into place. Once they’re lined up removing the bar seats them
My F250 needed a set of 4, the extra leaf on my 350 needed 8. I bought the same set of 4 from Amazon I purchased in 2019 before I even looked under the truck this time. Luckily the second leaf pads hadn’t worn through yet so I rotated them 180degrees and put a dab of dialectic grease on them and the new ones too. If you don’t have a squeak yet it might benefit you to add a spot of grease to the pads to smooth out the ride and extend the pad life.
Good luck!
