2003 7.3 SLT 2WD.
Turn signals failed all at once. No left or right. No clicking.
Hazards work, all four lamps.
Brake lamps work.
Turn signals produce no clicking like the flasher does.
I replaced the flasher unit. The block has two positions, only one was occupied.
I also replaced the multifunction switch on the column.
No go.
Is there a separate relay unit for the turn signals, apart from the hazard relay?
If so, where the heck is it!? 🤣
I’ve looked all up under the dash with no luck.
Pic is of the hazard cover. I located it from the clicking. Felt it with my finger. Hazard relay cover
Found the answer on another post.
Fuse #27. Ignition Switch Feed or some other such name. Manual says nothing about it being related to the turn signals, and I wanted nothing to do with pulling something related to ignition. Just goes to show, pull them all? 🤣
Anyway, two other guys had the same fix, so…… yeah. If all the multifunction stuff works except for the turn signals, check the 15A fuse in position #27.
I was going to say that you were putting Dodge parts in a Ford. Well, the flasher relays are the same except for the Pentastar/Ford oval on the blue casement.

My 1999.5 F-550 uses two flasher relays. One for the hazards and one for the turn signal. Both are mounted on the relay panel with one being on the front and the other being on the back side of the relay panel that is mounted behind the dashboard above the parking brake pedal assembly. It's been more than ten years now since I discovered that and I cannot remember if I had to lower down the relay panel to gain access or not.
