Well, since its the time of year for giving (and large bonuses) I figured id go all out and decorate my truck this year (with mud that is). I dug up some cash, and got some new toys! Here goes my list this year-
-Detroit Dana 60 soft locker
-Warn Classic Bumper/winch mount
-Milemarker 9000i winch
-Dana 60 master rebuild kit
-Billet chrome grille
-KC daylighters
-Roller flairhead for the winch
-A set of chrome TruckNutz for good measure, and a touch of class
Hopefully it will all be installed by the time I get home to it. What are all your lists this year? Any good suggestions for newyears?
Its always good to start off a new year with a good project...
well i have a list to, postive traction rearend for my 75 f150, new 4 barrel, new tires and alloy wheels, and hopefully get the 390 rebuilt by new years.
theres a railroad crossing near my house that you can get 6' of air off of it at 50mph.
thats why I want a dixie horn.
my buddy jumped it doing 70 mph on one of those big ole oldsmobles, it totaled it, cracked the windshield, an 1" wide gap between the door and fender, and flatened the bottom of the car. thats what happens when you get 10' of air in a car.
mine would be a complete rolling chassis of a mint condition 78 or 79 f250 crew cab 4x4 with a pair of 60's......ohh, and a complete swap kit for a 460, and a ford racing 514 longblock and all accesories...
but, since i cannot afford to even buy extended brake lines to install the lift kit i ALREADY have, i will settle for a new 1157 bulb for my left turn signal.....i can treat myself to that one!
Humm.. Dixie Horn.. That ones just been added. I hear JC Whitney has a sale on 'em for like 62.95 or something. Id be the first on the block....
Now the only desision to make is what color TruckNutz- either camo or chrome. Both would match the USMC licence plate up front....
By the way, Santa drives a 2003 F-350 superduty with a 12 inch lift and 37s that he is going to leave at my house after he unloads all the new toys (minus the new quad) for the neighborhood and sweeps out my garage for me... Such a considerate fellow
i want an 04 F-350 King Ranch FX4 4X4 with the 6.0 PSD, auto, crew cab, dually with like 17" of lift with 6 49" super swamper iroks on weld dakar wheels also you cant forget some 4" stacks through the bed (thats a true southern limo) or some paint and bondo for the beast and my family having a good time together
