Electrical help / engine swap
1994 F150 original in line 6, 5 speed, 4x4. Swapped the in line 6 for a 351w efi 2 years ago. Now swapped again to NA 429 freshly rebuilt. Got the correct curved dizzy from RHP. Using a painless duraspark 2 ignition wiring harness and looking for help finding a wire I can tie to for power. I know the engine compartment fuse block has a 20amp maxi fuse that is for the old original ECM that I’d like to tap in to….. maybe I’m over complicating it but wanted to tie it in to the original fuse box if I can but needs 12v start / run (from my take on the painless diagram).
I did install the appropriate ICM for the swap. The old plug is just dangling in the engine compartment. Can I tap a wire off that?
