What oil brand and weight are you guys running in the south? 2022 f250 6.7l power stroke

I'm not in the south but I can 100% guarantee you need to tell us what engine you've got or you're going to get all kinds of answers.

Because Diesels have to have diesel-rated oils.

Which engine are you asking about???
Makes a difference.
My 6.7 PSD gets 5w40 full synthetic.
Was exclusively Rotella T6, lately been buying whatever is cheapest.

I run Redline 15w40 diesel. High hths helps keep the parts separated. Not that 10water thin-30. Lol Redline has treated me well. I have 450k miles on my dd car using it. No leaks.
will not touch Scamsoil. I tried to once and got burned on the BMK28 bypass. It was under engineered junk

15w40 in the summer.

Brand wont help you, I get mine from a 300 gallon tote with the distributors name on it.. CAT DEO is the closest match.

Rotella T6 5W40 in the cold months and 15W40 in the hot months. I'm using the CAT filters again now that I have 37" tires back on it. No more than 7,500 miles between oil changes.

I've been running the Ford 10-30 in my 6.7's but I'm switching to Amsoil signature 10-30. I doubt it's going to make any difference, but at the price of engines and the price of oil it's stupid not to run a premium oil.
