My 2003 F250 is stuck in Low 4WD all the time. Cannot get it to go back into 2WD or even High 4WD, 3 position switch has no impact in any position. I've tried all the normal procedures like backing up, etc. Where do I start to try find out where the problem is?

with electric shift 4X4, it could be a bad switch, bad fuse, bad shift motor, bad wiring, or bad computer to name a few things.
most often it is a bad motor.

Look in the owners manual or the fuse panels. The cover will identify them, should anyways.

 

Wrong section lol easy mistake. Anyways I would check fuse and grab the harness off the selector motor and see if its getting power I've heard of those going bad, only on my buddies GMC though.
