ID these parts please

Can we put our collective brains and knowledge together to identify these 2 parts.

This Ford sun visor. It does not have a complete manufacturing number on it.

Now this piece. It may not even be a Ford part. But it came with a lot of other NOS parts I got that came from a pile of parts that came from a closed dealer. No part number, no manufacturing number, not even FoMoCo stamped on it. Dennis said earlier that it looks like something used to prevent a van door from opening too far. I get that with the bolt end but the other end has no place to hold a door.

I went out and looked at our vans (Ford), no match. Something makes me think our 94 suburban had something like that.

I can see it is fastened by two bolts at one end but how is the other end fastened to the door?

Look what I just found! Dennis was correct. It is a van door check strap. This one fits a 1970-74 Econoline. Part # D0UZ 1123504 B

Edit: here's another one. The Ford box says D2UZ 1123504 B 72-74 Econolines. This one looks more like mine, the first looks longer and maybe that's why it has a different part #.
