I wouldn’t say there are huge differences - the 350 really does drive like a dump truck though and for some reason it feels bigger than my 250. I aired down the tires to 65 up front and 70 in back and that helps. One thing that drives me nuts is all the driving/lane maintenance aids. I turned off what I could, and may just unplug it all together, but then I’ll lose all the GPS/NAV info.

HUD is cool, but definately distracting at night. I like that you can turn off the main screen and have a basic driving screen as well. I am getting slightly better mileage by about .6-.7mpg (13.5-14mpg hiway) and that will hopefully improve as motor breaks in (7.3L). I’m driving on studded snows and once I switch to summers it shud improve a bit as well.

Overall, interior really hasn’t changed - stereo is still marginal quality for $90k truck - fit/finish is fine, but still all chintzy plastic, leather isn’t as nice as other brands, but has worn well in past so we’ll see.
Interesting....I think I am opposite, my 26 is #14 for me. About every 3rd one i get a hair up the butt and decide i want something different. Tried them all which ends up being 6 months until i go back to the superduty. My new one is much much better than my 19. Its just so smooth and the tq is just crazy. I love it.
