If your Ford dealer wants to replace some injectors I would definitely try a injector cleaner like advised by Toreador Diesel. I think you can purchase this product at TSC
Got the truck back with three new injectors. Hopefully I get a few more 30* morning to see if that was the problem. Still never had any check engine lights.

Drove the truck this morning and still the same. 48* this morning and first time when this warm. Half mile down the road and no noise or acting up.
Seems to be getting worse and hopefully something lets loose really soon so it is warranty work! Looks like I may have to do a trade on a warm day.
