DPF Differences

Hi All!

I am wondering if anyone knows any of the differences between the DPF's between 2022 and 2022? I own a 22 F-250 6.7L and I am being told by Ford that the only DPF that'll work for that year is the one specific to 2022.

dont have a direct answer but around that year a change in regen related injection was made so some years have a ninth fuel injector.

Definitely can't put a 2023 or newer on the 22 or older

23 is when they started putting the 9th injectors in, so all of the 22's are the same. But definitely can't use a 23+ because of the change...

If I had to guess, I would imagine that any 20-22 should work. Of course that doesn't make it so...

OP, have you scavenged some of the salvage yards? Or thought of the alternative...?
